I don't know, but if I were Sansha I'd have gotten the **** out of Empire a long time ago. Just don't know when it's time to reassess it seems.

Sanshas nation will never surrender. And because they can create wormholes where they want to makes them the true superior force in terms of logistics. And it seems to be profitable to kidnap civilians from highsec planets otherwise they woulda have stopped a long time ago.
