Mobile **** post inhibitor.

1: Stops a person/person's from making a **** post for the purpose of harvesting likes.

2: Anchorable within 1 page of the wormhole section.

3: Stops whiney knee jerk reactions without letting things pan out.

4: Has a cooldown of a lifetime if any shitpost does get through.

5: Alerts all bears in local of the shitpost (including wormholes because all the entities that matter never do sleepers anyway).

Eve system> CeNSeR is now in proximity of the **** post inhibitor so will be henceforth banished to the realms of the market order section forever.
