i use to use a tool taht compared prices at main hubs, it was called "bariums quick market checker" or something similar. I have hunted hi and low and cannot find it :( , any one have a link to it or know of it ? I'm sure it was made by a german eve player called barium or similar name

While not exactly the tool you are looking for, you can use these to check prices at the hubs (and other systems):
