Add "/noconsole /triPlatform=dx9" to the end of exefile's command line, without the quotes. If the exefile.exe's path is inside quotes, put it after the quotes, outside them.

Dude, thank you very much! It didnt really fix my problem for very long, but long enough to get docked up. And god I hate the launcher, anything that allows me to bypass it is grat. It always says "launbcher has stopped working and needs to close" I literally have never been able to use it and have reinstalled the game multiple times. Its such a POS.
