Some of us have chronic Launcher issues that persist through full re-installs and repair's. My current install only works because I copied the entire directory off a different computer that does work. But the Launcher still does not patch. I was lucky enough to stumble across a link on a board here that allowed me to download the full patch. I could then 'import' the patch via the launcher.

Until CCP finally and completely fixes the freaking Launcher for everyone, they should *prominently* link to the full patch files so we can get the game running when the Launcher fails. Put it right in the patch notes!!

Agree. Launcher ******* borked for me yet again. This is easily the 4th time and only thanks to my laptop having a back-up copy of the game do I still have a functional version of EVE, but even that is out of date (hasnt been patched to rub 1.1) and I'm terrified of ******* that installation too.

Not every country in the world has unlimited internet - on top of 12gb download every time is just insane.
