Looking for a exploration ship.

As title says Im looking for a exploration ship that can handle 4-5/10 in every space (wanna do all factions after changing ressistances ofc).

I was trying stratios but Im really dissapointed with this ship, slow, weak tank, need drone link augmentor to shoot targets @ more than 60 km with sentries.

T3 are not an option because they cant enter 4/10 anymore. Im interested only in combat sites so i dont care about fitting analyzers. Prefer also fast ships because too many times my loot was stolen before I was able to get near wreck.

Any sugestions?

Any good fit for Ishtar focused on combat sites? Not sure if should go for armor tanking or pasive shield.

What Vladimir said, Ishtar is the best for this. It can easily tank any factions 4-5/10 rats (even Angels despite the bad explosive resist), selectable damage type, fast, lots of damage, sentry optimal and drone control range bonus, you can fit it for MWD + Cloak for safe travel, it's basically the whole package. You can carry all the modules you'd possibly need and never need to restock ammo (or drones if you're careful) and a mobile depot to refit to whatever you want.

I would say the stratios is the perfect ship for this. You just need decent skills.

Armor for sure. Especially with the new scripted drone modules. You're going to need your mid slots for other stuff.

I prefer armor to passive shield. Passive shield takes too many slots, and armor can be done while maintaining 2-3 damage mods and or a damage rig. That said, I think passive shield is more viable since the ishtar got rebalanced. You can probably do just fine without any omnidirectionals even.

Hammerhead II x5


Hardeners depends on NPC type. With everything running cap last 3m19 sec, with remote armor off stable at 55%.
DPS with Garde 702.

Will this be able to tank all 4/10, 5/10 sites or I need 3 hardeners? Should I change something in this fit?
