The problem is CCP is a bit like an Evil Santa Claus giving out presents that are actually too good and then turning up the next week and saying "sorry kids" and taking them back.

An awful lot of "new stuff" that people commit ISK and SP into gets nerfed a patch or too later.

That's funny, because when we do structure bashes, the Phoenix pilot out-damages every other ship on the field (capital or subcap) by a TON.

Let me guess, you don't even fly a Phoenix but you heard it's cool to bash them at the moment?

I have a Phoenix. Nothing wrong with the Phoenix, if you like drakes with a jump drive. Phoenix also has the best dread tank in the game, for all of 30 seconds (less if neuted). And I finish Gallente Dreadnaught V tomorrow lol. I called my Moros "Phoenix II".

I didn't realize anyone still flew the Phoenix other than that one guy who tried to jump through a gate.

However, if anyone has a Phoenix, you could try selling it to PL. I hear they need some ships replaced.
