Yes of course.

Its a Betting house for PVP tournaments organized there and also for official Battleclinis Killboard rankings.

Tournaments: They have a prize and people can apply to join. There is a limited number of players to join the tournaments and the first to apply will be the ones joining. However, there will be different types of tournaments in the near future, like dogfights. The problem with those is that small quantities of players participate the possible prizes are gonna be not that attractive, at least for the time being.

Ranking bets: You are also able to bet for Pilot, Corp or Alliance Killboard rankings.

Hope this is clear.
If you dedicate only 2 minutes in the forum u might have a better picture of what I'm saying

People only dedicate 2 minutes of their time on other EVE forums if they are already interested. I'm curious, but not interested.

I like the idea of death matches and betting houses, this is something that has the potential of being relativelly big in EVE if done properly. However, the problem is that nobody has done it properly so far. Unless you're called Chribba, you will have a really hard time getting people to trust you to follow your own rules. There's nothing keeping you from running away with the betting money and/or rigging the matches. Which is cool, but as soon as you realize how easy it is to rig a match and pay someone to lose.. suddenly every match is rigged.
