It may be because I have been away for a while, but I can not find the x,y,z,input for the autopilot and bookmarks. Was it taken out of the game? if so why? It is a great nav tool.

Ahhhh i remember!

That never was input. Your memory is tricking you. I recall that window that showed the coordinates, but they weren't modifiable in any way. ^^

These are gone for quite a while already. :)

It's kind of sad. If they'd be displayed out of harms way while creating bookmarks, they'd add to the feeling of the game.
It's a little thing that's nice to have in mind.

bingo, his pig not being a goat doesn't make the pig wrong, just him an idiot for shouting at his pig "WHY ARENT YOU A GOAT!" (Source)

Confirming this.

I think it was the 'Create bookmark' window that displayed the XYZ coordinates.

Sable's Ammo Shop at Alentene V - Moon 4 - Duvolle Labs Factory. Hybrid charges, Projectile ammo, Missiles, Drones, Ships, Need'em? We have'em, at affordable prices. Pop in at our Ammo Shop in sunny Alentene.

If I'm not completely hallucinating, I believe that was part of the "edit bookmark" modal dialogue. And indeed, this information had no purpose for the player other than as a reference; you could not change it or use it for anything in and of itself.
