I look for a pure sub-cap PVP chara.

I will not pay for the following:
Capital = waste
super = huge waste
indy = huge waste
science = huge waste
leadership = huge waste

name not matter
reputations not matter
corp historical not matter
SP not matter
age not matter


I could buy any chara on forum, but as always a matter of price vs. quality of chara. I will go slight above market for right chara but not into ridiculousness.
