Must have:
-150m+ SP
- Subcap pvp focused
- No less than -2.0 standing to all Empires

Stuff I'm willing to pay extra for:
- Maxed Leadership

Stuff I don't want:
- Names starting with a/z
- Industry crosstrained characters
- Super/Titan toons
