Looking for FC looking to teach a newer FC

What's up Warfare & Tactics Forum,
I'm looking for an FC who's willing to teach me how to be a better FC so I can lead my small corp effectively and not be losing alot of isk and make my corp look like fools. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone wants to help!

Join your corp to FW and fly in the general fleets. (Cal or Gal both have lots of fleets/FCs)

Observe the different FC's styles/tactics and emulate the ones that suit your preferred play style.



Make sure everyone in your corp learns to call targets for the times you get sploded early.

there is no fc's only target target coordination

fly with some other groups.
theres some open communities like Spectre fleet (channel name also) bombers bar for cloaky and rvb ganked.

agony has some really good courses start with the basics course and work your way up to the advanced classes they have one coming up on the 1st.
