New Capital Ship- "Dictator"+ New Module

First off, I'd like to say that this post was and idea was inspired by this item I found in the database, with the description:

"The Caldari Navy have purportedly worked on this project for the past decade, but lack of funding has kept this new type of capital ship from reaching the pre-production stage. These designs are deemed highly classified and have been kept under wraps in this remote station."

So I though for a while and came up with a base for a new ship type, very different from what we currently use, that could actually have a lot of usefulness and uniqueness if there was a good way to implement it.

Now, at first I thought of making a new interdiction-type ship, but then I had a better idea.

There would be one for each race (obviously), and I was debating making them Supercapitals in order to balance the idea a little.

Each ship would be able to use a new "Field" module (ONE PER SHIP), which would work like this:

"(Signature/Stasis/Dampening/Drain) Field Module"

All incarnations affect all ships (including ships normally immune to electronic warfare)

Unscripted:

20,000m base range (AOE)

And depending on the module, here are the effects:

Drain Field (Amarr):
-75% to capacitor recharge rate of ships in range (stronger to balance the less immediate effect)

Dampening Field (Gallente):
-50% to scan resolution and targeting range of ships in range

Signature Field (Caldari)
50% addition to signature radius of ships in range

Stasis Field (Minmatar):
-50% to max velocity of ships in range

With "Focus Script"

75,000m base range (Single Target)

Drain Field (Amarr):
-100% to capacitor recharge rate of target ship (nullifies recharge)

Dampening Field (Gallente):
-90% to scan resolution and targeting range of target ship

Signature Field (Caldari)
100% addition to signature radius of target ship

Stasis Field (Minmatar):
-90% to max velocity of target ship

Now for the ships themselves and what they'll do:

Racial Dreadnought Skill Bonus:
5% bonus to range of (Type) Field Modules per level
5% bonus to (shield/armor) resistances per level (Minmatar/Gallente)
or
7.5% bonus to (tracking of Capital Energy Turrets/explosion radius and velocity of Citadel Missiles) per level (Amarr/Caldari)
Can fit (Type) Field Module

Slots:
High:4 or 5 turret slots and one additional slot for field module for highs- Either 5 or 6 high slots total
Medium/Low: Balance tankability/power, so probably something like:

Amarr: 6H,6M,7L; 5 turrets, 0 launchers
Caldari: 6H,7M,6L; 0 turrets, 5 launchers
Gallente: 5H,6M,8L; 4 turrets, 0 launchers
Minmatar: 5H,8M,6L; 4 turrets, 0 launchers

Skill Requirements:

Racial Dreadnought III (like carrier III for supercarriers)
Maybe the skills needed for the Field Modules (haven't though of those yet)

I'll update this later with more ideas and changes- stay tuned to see what happens, and leave feedback!

I also recommend that we input an AOE form of salvaging, as well as an AOE form of reps, so I can play eve like I play my paladin in WoW.

I mean, were already adding microjump drive structures so maybe we should add aoe doomsday structures that frigs can use and aoe selfdestruct buttons too

Can we also have a structure that evolves ships kinda like in Pokemon. So a cynabal can evolve into a macherial. And a mach can evolve into a Revenant?

I think 1400mm artillery with AOE would be a good addition to this game. AOE afterburner would also allow me to accelerate everyone.
