EVE Online Client Failing to Start

I just downloaded the EVE Online launcher disk image and copied the game to Applications. However, when I try running it, I get an error saying that its damaged. The disk verification during the mount process doesn't turn up any errors. I've tried the same thing two times and have gotten the same error. My tech specs:

Model: Mid 2012 11-inch MacBook Air
Processor: 2.0 GHz Intel Core i7
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (1024 MB)
RAM: 8 GB (2x4 GB) 1600 MHz DDR3
OS: OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

My computer ran EVE just fine in the past.

You do know we have a mac forum right?

Anyway a quick search turned this up. It might have something to do with gatekeeper.
