Looking to buy a toon capable of flying a Basilisk (Logi V please)

Budget is around 4/5b but looking to do a quick trade - ISK on hand for transfer. Please feel free to convo me with details if you have any. The character doesn't need to do anything else, so no need to post about a Tengu pilot or anything

Incursions primarily/PvE so no need for PvP skills
