gunnery needs love and missiles aren't trained at all but:

all BS to 5
prefect jump skills bar JFC
all armour comps to 5
all pre-reqs for all carriers done (8-10 hrs on cap ships 3)
fighters 5 and pretty much perfect drone support skills
can use ganglinks and mindlinks
etc
