Hi all
I am selling this all around alt.

Halia can fly tengu and loki with the relevant subsystems at 5

she can boost skirmish, armor, siege and information

aswell she can scan down every scannable object like boosting lokis with the maxed out scan strange skills and her virtue set

She is also able to fly the gallente freighter.

1 Remampe is available

Halia has got 3 clones
First close got:
low grade vitue alpha-omega, astrometric acquisition AQ-710, Astrometric Rangefinding AR-810, Salvaging SV-905 and the siege warfare mindlink

second one got
low grade talon alpha till omega and the siege warfare mindlink

and the third one is empty.

I am not sure how much she is exactly worth but the imps alone are worth more then 3 bil so I will start the bidding at
10bil
