Looking for one of these two:

1) A focus Onei pilot. Must have at least Logistics 4 and be able to use T2 armor tank with basic fitting skills to 5.

2) A battleships pilot (gallente or amarr) with T2 large guns and the ability to fit T2 armor tank.

Cheap is good here, I'm on a tight budget.
