Level 5 missions in High Sec

Can someone briefly update me on the availability of level 5 high sec missions? I see agents in high sec offer level 5 missions, so does that mean the level 5 mission actually resides in high sec or does it spawn in lowsec?

The lvl 5 high sec agents are I think some kind of "event" agents. you don't get normal missions from them.

You can only get lvl 5 missions in low sec. In the past there was a bug that allowed for high sec lvl 5 missions. CCP fixed it (after a couple years lol). It was Rattlesnake heaven lol, that ship was imo THE best high sec lvl 5 mission runner because of it's tank.
