Random minimizes and crashes

So I have been experiencing multiple issues recently that I can't seem to fix.

Randomly all the UI will disappear every once in a while. This can sometimes be resolved by escaping and the escaping again. Other times the game locks up and crashes.

Other times the entire Eve window will minimize and I can't maximize it again. The cursor is still the Eve cursor and I can't click on anything, so its like the window is still up but is invisible.

This problem has only started since the last major patch.

My computer specs:

Windows 7 64 Bit
GeForce GTX 770
Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz
8.00 GB RAM

I run Eve with the maximum graphics settings at 1920x1080 Full Screen.

I have run the eve repair tool and this problem still happens.

Has anyone experienced this and have any idea how to fix it?

I had the exact same problem as you had I believe I fixed it by lowering some of my settings, totally got no idea which ones as I lowered a few of em, but you might want to try screwing around with the graphical settings.

I will have to give that a try, though it seems more of workaround than a fix if it corrects the problem at all.

Anyone else experience this or now how to fix it?

We seem to have run up against a memory leak in the Nvidia driver. They are aware of this and are investigating. We hope to have some workarounds in an upcoming patch - in the meantime, try the workarounds suggested in that thread.

Thank you,

I have changed that setting and will see if it happens again.

Yes, I've been having the same issues after upgrading my pc and reinstalling the Eve client. The UI sometimes randomly minimizes by themselves, had a few complete OS lockups as well and about two blue screens for the past day or so. I did a memtest a few days ago for a day and there were no faulty blocks, I was running Eve at max settings during the occurences and I haven't been able to reproduce or pinpoint the cause, it's purely random.

I am having the same issues, and the link provided by the CCPSnorlax seems to be busted.

NVidia GeForce GTX770
i7 CPU 3.06Ghz
6GB Ram
Windows 7 64bit

Been Playing Skillup Online for a while, but i am going to have some time to get back into the game soon, and would like to see if there is a solution for this. As it is, I cant play the game. It is too risky to undock in this condition.

Sorry about that - I've fixed the link.

Ive also been having an odd crash recently. The computer shuts down and restarts, like someone held down the power key.
It seems to only happen when I warp to a relic or data site, with the crash happening within 5 seconds of arrival. Maybe once in 10 times I warp to one.
