Multiboxing having lag issues when running TS3

Is anyone else having issues with TS3 (latest version) while running 2+ clients? I typically run three clients on a couple different machines - one is having issues once TS3 starts. The clients start bogging out and I get hi CPU and memory usage. Soon the client becomes unusable.
