Fix drone assist

Drone Assist only for Squad members. Not as OP as when one acts on behalf of all the fleet, and the Carebears are satisfied.

Drone assist is fine.

Remove drone assist, under no circumstances should you be able to say "here control my weapons for me."

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Does that include client assist? You know.... where you say "hey Mr. Thirdparty Software replicate my 1 click across 100 clients plz"Lol
