SO what, this guy is having fun. Let him be and do his thing as you do yours.

1 way or another this guy makes my capitals jump to where i want them to be.

The question is whether he is having 96 times the fun (probably not) or whether he is having less than 96 time the fun that a normal person ice mining on 1 character would have. If he is having less than 96 times the fun, then that is clearly a less valuable activity being done by 1 person on 96 characters than if it is being done by 96 people playing on 1 character each. He is getting less fun out of the process than 96 players would get out of it, and more generally, we would say that the activity yields less value being done by 1 person than it yields when being done by 96 people.

Fun, satisfaction, accomplishment, etc. are valuable experiences, even if they are hard to quantify, but try visualizing it this way:

1 person mining on 96 characters yields 1 unit of fun, 1 unit of satisfaction, and 1 unit of accomplishment

96 people mining on 96 characters yields 96 units of fun, 96 units of satisfaction, and 96 units of accomplishment

Do you see the leak in the system? Do you see the harm that is potentially being done?

I lost you when you started claiming that ice mining yield fun.

100+ account is not as rare as people seem to think. Granted, running them all at the same time is rather rare event.

Impressive in my opinion.

Here, sanity... niiiice sanity, come to daddy... okay, that's a good sanity... THWONK! GOT the bastard.

It is the future of mankind.

We just end up commanding a army of robots and rarely see another human.

It seems like a practical way to make enough ISK to live off EVE RMTing.

So get 3-4 multiboxing smartbomb battleships together, set safety red on all of them, get a warp-in right in the middle of those Mackinaws, and let fly.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)

Try to do that in null, see what happens. "Oh hey look a neut in local. Alright everyone get to safe pos" = time wasted. "Lets play the waiting game" Log off and go to the gym.

"No life" is such a subjective turn of phrase. It's like accusing someone of being selfish because they choose not to have children. Almost 100% of the time, both instances merely indicate jealousy.

Not only jealousy but outright hostility. They can't stand to see that after 35 years of marriage, we have all the toys we want. They have their broke, unemployed kids on their doorstep dragging along 5 of their own screeching ADHD brats to leech off mom and dad...
They don't want to admit that if they could do it all over again they wouldn't have any but they love their kids and feel guilty for having those feelings...

Yes. I could be wrong on the equivalent vallues but what is more proffitable: 100 x $1 income streams or 2 x $45 income streams or 1 x $95 income stream? The guy is doing a lot of making a little and that may beat a person doing a little of making a lot.

He doesnt pay a dime, its all plexed. And its pretty much ruining it for People that does pay. Its pretty amazing that CCP doesnt roll a hard 6 on the Whole isoboxer. The other thing is that he can do it without risk. How does that fit into the Whole risk vs Income that CCP likes to throw in Our faces all the time. In my opinion, any software used to duplicate player actions shouldnt be allowed.

we should ban anyone who has a fleet of more than like 5 players because it's "ruining it for people that do pay".
