Where's the counter to a cloak?

Please introduce the decloak module.

Specifications being that it's a high slot and takes a ton of CPU.
T2 version does entire grid but can only be fit to a dredging barge

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

When you are cloaked you can't do anything offensive so a counter is not necessary.

Combat probes should be able to scan them down imo. Just one persons opinion.
