Related to the Fast Talk skill (which gives sec gain boosts) but works on the other end in that it reduces by a certain amount per level the losses of sec status for acts of aggression.

Could such a thing be useful?
Or would it encroach too much on the sec tags model?

but seriously i think it encroaches too much on the risk/reward and /action/consequence balance.
