WTB VERY focused Tengu Pilot, no wasted SP.

Greetings Capsulers!

Expected:

Arrow Excellent Missile Skills (nothing short of t2+support skills) 4-5 million SP, NO EXCEPTIONS
Arrow Shields (basics, support skills, resists) 3 - 4 million SP
Arrow Sub Systems @ 5 (self-explanatory)
Arrow Strategic Cruiser 5, and all other related ship bonus skills (ideal)
Arrow Decent Navigation (basics to 5, supports to 4)
Arrow Appropriate Amount of Engineering

Preferred:

Arrow Some Social Skills (4s would work)
Arrow Cybernetics 5
Arrow Long Range Targeting (just a smidgen maybe?)

Bonus:

Arrow Some Drone Work (would make the character a little more enticing, but do not fret if not).

I'm gonna send you a message when I get home tonight after work (around 9pm UK time)

I'm a very focused tengu pilot that I planned to put up for sake in about 10 days (after I finished off a few skills)
Currently at 20m sp and ZERO wasted sp.

I plan to train the shield amp skills to 4// infomorph to 4 // biology to 4 then putting me up for sale.
has access to level 4 agent in motsu, +4s etc
