Hi I just wanted to know if 24 hours and still counting is normal when it come to petitions?

Mine is regarding the fact that my alt cannot log on after using a plex to extend his game time.

only petitions that are handled in a timely fashion are ones you file in the "stuck" category

for everything else expect at least 1-3 days

edit: also it's weekend

Usually those types of petitions are handled pretty quickly. However, if you filed it through an email petition there may be a slight delay. We have had a small technical issue (not sure what, I am not part of our operations department) with outbound email and any petitions sent in through email take a bit longer then usual to resolve in the next few days.

Its very nice to get a GM response on the forums to my question. But i had to use the E-Mail as I cannot log on. But in the meantime I am losing game time i have paid for. Oh well...
