Easter eggs in space?

Just wondering how many others in their daily, potentially ill fated trips across New Eden have ever come across those little details or quirks in the game that just leave you wondering on occasion; "Either I've spent too long staring at scanners/spreadsheets and I'm hallucinating, or this is some dev's idea of a little joke"

Came across one myself just earlier, but while exploring the system of Garisas in the Araz constellation (Amarr COSMOS costellation incidentally), after looking at some of the COSMOS sites in the area and reading all the fluff about the place being practically overrun with Blood Raiders, I opened the star map only to see that with barely a squint, this system and its 4 adjacent systems form an approximate pentagram on the starmap with their stargate paths... I think I might have been unwittingly used to summon the space devil.

TL;DR: Wandered into space demon ritual, my Heron may now possess a mind of it's own

So, anyone else come across anything similarly unexpected?

I keep finding these eggs in space, but when I open them, someone screams and CONCORD turns up

It's two jumps from the 'New Eden' system i.e. The Eve Gate. There's a marker in space for it. There are a good few easter eggs down that route. It's a good little sight seeing trip down there, and it's fairly quiet most of the time. Great route for training PvPers.

They are manywhere (also appearing at mission and w-space sites) to such an extent that perhaps the Easter Egg has become a part of official Eve Lore.

Be careful. Some are rumored to contain face-huggers.

I once stumbled on a freighter shaped egg lumbering through deep carebear null. After pecking away at it for what seemed like an eternity, that egg finally cracked open to reveal lots of t2 candies. 3 Viators were dispatched to pick up the candy, and I still use those tasty morsels to fit my ships to this day. Thank you kind easter chicken!

That's the Soviet release of Alien. You know, where the Face Huggers are killed off one by one by a large ape-like monster.

They call it "Human".

If you think that's weird, you should see the sequel, "Humans"...

It kind of surprises me that EVE isn't full of more easter eggs. Or well, more obvious ones I suppose. But I guess easter eggs related to other things, is more of a Japanese and western thing, then an Icelandic one perhaps...
