Prophecy Update

Currently there are four Jobs for a Prophecy:
- Fail ship for unexpericend players
- Neutralizer Plattform in PvP
- Bait that is to obvious
- Target for Bomberpilot exercises

All rather unintended and rare.


For a minimum, it should be on par with an Cyclone.

So....
+1 High Slot, as Cyclone has 17 Slots (8/5/4)
Damage Bonus (RoF) instead of Cap reduction
And guess we can live with 5x Turrets + 3x Missile bays.


And I have nothing against a +1 High Slot fix for Ferox and Brutix. :)
