If you don't know how to defend yourselves than you are not a corp. Disband and go find corps that know how to defend themselves, this post is has put an even larger target on you.

Hi my corp are in deep **** with some dude that has played since 2010 and we are a noob corp in high sec and are miners and some guy thought it was fun to start a war with us randomly and we aren't even big yet and he camp us and he tracks us even if we go 6 jumps away and we have no chance of taking him out!

We really need some help from anyone that can help! We are not rich since we are noob friendly and are teachers of Mining and we actually give good stuff to our trusted members and boost them.

So I wonder if there is anyone else that have been in our situation before and know the feeling of absolute helpless and are in grave need of your assistance!

I know that there must be guys that hunt down vermin like this guy that prays on the weak and poor and use extortion on us and we rather pay mercs than pay him 150 million ISK to accept our surrender...

Very much this.

Now if he cross posts it to C&P he'll have the hat trick.

Anyway, to the OP:

If you can't fight one guy, then I suggest you disband.

In all honesty, the best thing you can do is to fit up a fleet of frigates and have at it.

I wouldn't place high odds on you winning the fight.

The odds of you getting a taste for PVP however, are much higher.

You were war decced precisely because you are weak. This was no more random than a lion picking off the youngest, oldest and sickest members of a herd.

You have several options:

1. Dock up and stop playing EVE for a few weeks until the war dec is over. The war deccing corp will move on to someone else.

2. Give in to their demands and pay them what they want if they have asked you for some sort of ransom. I don't recommend this, because they can still keep the wardec going or better yet, tell all their friends who will also war dec you to get free money.

3. Spend a lot of money to hire a mercenary corp. Finding a mercenary corp that is any good at all and won't just rip you off and take your isk is a challenge all to itself.

4. The final option - and this is my personal favorite - disband your corp, join a PvP corp in low sec or null sec, LEARN TO FIGHT AND DEFEND YOURSELVES, and then come back and do whatever you want, hassle free. These wardeccers are usually noobs themselves looking for a quick kill/profit. If you kill one of them (or even make him run away) they will dock up, and they will be afraid of you for the rest of the wardec. Of course if you all act like a bunch of scrubs and better yet, keep losing ships to them, well, they won't go away until you all quit EVE.

Survival of the fittest applies to New Eden, too. The strong survive. The weak are crushed. You are weak.

War Decs cost money so you need to make it a waste of money for them.

Basically stop mining.

The suggestions to try and convert a dedicated mining toon to a PvP character are unlikley to be practical (especially if your mining toon has expensive implants). You need seperate characters for PvP if you want your corp to fight effectively.

The normal solution to this is to have previously activated and trained one of the free account alts to either fight for the corp OR carry on normal activities in a NPC corp or even a different player corp.

Of course most of the members can just leave the corp temporarily and continue as always in a NPC corp and rejoin later.

The one or two that must stay to keep the corp running can as stated above play using an alt, do in station stuff like trade and industry or just work out when he war deccing corp is online and avoid those times of day.

the first war dec is something almost everyone goes through. how you deal with it will decide your eve career.
for me i tried to lead people equally clueless into pvp got almost no takers and the ones who came all died.
i then joined a null sec corp willing to teach me pvp and immediately started having 3000% more fun.
others quit eve.
others hide.
if u stay playing as a victim you will always be a victim. if you adapt and learn you will thrive if you bend over for every passing thug you will learn a lot about the dimensions of a windsock.
