Corp Hanger Rental

With in the last couple of months I have noticed that my rental for for the corp hanger going up. This month it took a huge spike and when up almost 100 mil. Does anyone have any ideas on why this would happen??

Check to see if there are any open offices. The rental fee goes up 5% per downtime with 0 open offices, remains where it is with 1, and drops 5% with 2 or more open.

Yes, CCP implemented a market demand model. More corps with offices, prices go up, and up, and up....

They don't usually do that too much unless you're in an area that is (becoming) popular. 100mil is very high.
I usually find another office if it gets too high. Just look for another station nearby that has cheaper offices. If you're lucky other corps in the station might close their office when they see the price and the price will start going down again. Unless you're in jita 4-4, which I think is way more than 100mil.

Do you know whether that math applies to factory / research slots in the stations?
