To do the Faction Standing Repair Plan is not the right way for your goal of increase the standing to ONE corporation.
Best is really to grind missions. You should blitz LvL 1 missions until you are able to do LvL 2.
Then blitz Level 2 missions until you can do Level 3.
Because the higher the Level of the Agent, the higher the standing increase he pays out.
It don't take forever, it will take about three up to five weeks until you reach standing 5 for Level 4 Agent, I guess.
It will go much faster, if you have one or two buddies (or accounts) which mission in fleet together with you.
Then you can do missions twice or triple in the same time and for each Mission of each account you will earn the standing increase. EDIT: It will go even much more faster, if Buddies from your corp can access Level 3 and 4 agents of Brutor Tribe.
Then they do the missions, you need only to be in fleet with them when they end the mission at the agent. You will receive the same standing increase like the owner of the Mission, as long as you're in fleet with (and Level 3 / 4 agents pay out higher standing increase than the lower level agents). You even don't need to be in the same system, only in fleet, to get the standing.

But additional you should train social skills!

With skill 'Social' you raise the amount of standing increase.
Means - the higher the skill, the higher the increase in standing for each single mission.

With skill Diplomacy you raise your effective standing to all with which you are at a negative standing.
Means - your negative standing to Brutor Tribe of -2,71 will lower (move in the direction to positive) just by training this skill.

If your standings switch from negative to positive later, then the Connections skill comes in place.
This skill raise your standings with all you own positive standing.

COSMOS and Epic Arcs are primary good for increase the Faction Standings.
Additional the corporation standing to the corp which offers the Epic Arc (for example Sisters of Eve, Impetus - for the Gallente LvL 4 Epic Arc, Brutor Tribe - for the Minimatar Epic Arc) gets a huge boost from the Epic Arc.

Especially for Brutor Tribe standings, the Minimatar Epic Arc 'Wildfire' is great!
But you are not able to start this Epic Arc at the moment, because you need standing of 5 to the Brutors Tribe Agent 'Arsten Takalo' which is the starter Agent for this Arc.
So you should mark this Epic Arc for a later date. After you received standing 5 to Brutor Tribe, you can start this Epic Arc to earn a faster standing increase to Brutor Tribe than with doing Level 4 missions. EDIT: Or do same like I told above, ask for a Buddy in your corp which own standing 5 to the Epic Arc starter Agent and let him do the Epic Arc. As long as you are in fleet with him, you will earn the same standing increase as the owner of the Epic Arc.
Helps a lot to reach faster the goal of Standing 8.00 for Jump Clone creation.

Epic Arcs can be repeated each three months!

If the Minmatar Faction is -2.00 or lower standing then the OP will only be able to access level 1 agents. Building up corp standing to +8.00 for Jump Clones is gonna take a while and accessing higher level agents as quickly as possible will help reduce the amount of time spent grinding standings.

Of course the first part of 'The Plan' pertains to training the various Social skills. Training up Diplomacy to get above -2.00 Faction standing should be the first step. If that doesn't get the Faction standing above -2.00, then working the various Event Agents listed in 'The Plan' will definitely raise the Faction standing very quickly in order to access the high level agents. Also training up Social will help increase the amount of standing gained for completing missions.

Having said that, after getting Minmatar Faction above -2.00 standing, start running Distribution missions. Those are the fastest and easiest way to gain corp standing. Just watch the corp standing and when allowed, start working the next level agent. The best standing increase verses time spent is level 3 missions.

Level 1 = Always Available
Level 2 = +1.00 Standing
Level 3 = +3.00 Standing
Level 4 = +5.00 Standing
Level 5 = +7.00 Standing
