Filming in EVE online would you like to be apart of it?

: Hello there my name is Matthew and I will be creating a Film on EVE online I am doing a film making course in England,Brighton and wish for my final film to be in eve online. What gave me this thought was once i has seen Clear Skies and thought " he has really done something there". So if you would wish to be apart of this amazing new project these are a few of the things i need if you would wish to be apart.

1. Must have Garry's mod or willing to buy it.
2. must not mess around or be silly this is my education on the line thanks. but of course some silly behave yer is not condemned.
3. be at the very least 18 years of age I am only 17 my self but I need mature honest people.

The list of characters I need to play in the film are.

1. quite aggressive yet confident and at the core nice kind of man and needs to be English and have English or weak American accent. Who would be main lead of the film.
2. Two nice but hard German accent men who are the engineers of the Ship
3. About five 'tough' sounding men who rarely talk throughout the film.
4. One innocent and kind sounding woman who speaks a fair amount during the film
5. Two drunk sounding but without sounding like complete idiots who speak in a preferably deep Scottish accent and friends or at least act like one's they will be in separate ship and only appear in film in and out at some cases.
6. Somebody who is able to use a voice changer which makes their voice blurred.
7. A sneaky little fellow maybe someone who sounds like gollum or something close.
8. A very strict and hard headed army type man who knows how to order and knows eve online well

I cant give to much away about the story otherwise it would ruin for once it is out.

P.S we need some people or just one superb person/people who are really good at Garry's mod as i am new to it and do not yet fully understand it.

P.P.S You will need team-speak for all this and if you would like to be apart of it. Just leave a Yes please in the comments and what role you wish to play and I will get in touch on eve online and send you a message or convo you. Or you can send me message in EVE with Yes please once again and which role you wish to play or you can convo me. Also it will be in early February most likely so you have plenty of time to get ready or your not sure you want to star in it. This is only list for now and in the future if you do not get a spot their may be another list as this is only one part of the film. thank you guys for taking the time to read this and take it all in Big smile.

Are you making a film in eve or not? It sounds like you are making an eve-themed machinima, not a film comprised of footage from eve.

I'd offer my help as someone who makes videos inside of eve, but it sounds like that would not be much use to you.

Either way, you might want to consider talking to the guys over in My EVE, as they are the ones who deal with art, and in-game events is only for events and competitions related to the game.

None-the-less, have some actual eve videos for inspiration:

English here.
I can do 8 as i am used to public speaking and being heard by a lot of people.
I can only do camp german voices (is there any other kind) so perhaps not that.

Also good luck in finding a women who plays this game with a soft accent that is not 300 pounds or mintchiplol

Hmmm i shall watch this with interest, i fit a couple of the criteria but i'm not sure how much help i would be.

It does indeed sound like an interesting project, will you be sharing the end product with us once completed, i assume it would be after it was used in regards to your course, either way i look forward to seeing where this goes :)

This is NOT a movie, g-mod is just really bad animation and screwed up facial poses done by pre-teens because it matches their level of humor. If you want to use the steam engine for animation, use the legitimate tools offered for animation and modeling offered FOR FREE by valve. G-mod is the cheap man's tool for poor quality productions.

b.c.f.e would confirm this, gmod is crap, you can get mya And 3ds max for free on a student licence.

Now while i agree these are far better tools they do require a boatload more skills to properly use than gmod, SFM (Source Film Maker) is probably a good bet but trying to learn something like Maya or 3DS Max unless you actually plan on using those skills properly seems a bit time consuming
