Two accounts, two characters, best way to migrate funds and goods?

This being my original account, I also have a second one that has since lapsed into deactivation status. What's the best, cheapest, safest and most expedient way for me to donate the second account's ISK and merch to my primary? There seems to be a couple ways to go about it but I'd love to get some info from folks who've done this before.

I looked into that but it seems CCP frowns on it being used for my purpose.

It seems my two best options may be 1) reactivate the second account and have that character send this one the ISK and stuff, or 2) migrate the character from the second account over to this one.

Activating the account costs 1 plex. Transfering the character costs 2.


Activate for a month.

Except migrating means you get to use the 2nd character indefinitely for free as a trade alt or PI alt or maybe as a spy in some null corp somewhere.

Suggestion:

1) if you have a use for the second character migrate

2) if not activate transfer your stuff and sell the 2nd character on the character bazaar

Here I was thinking you were wanting ways to secretly transfer stuff from one character to another.


I was all ready to offer my services in that department, but then you wanted to be all legit and just transfer cancelled account loots.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Just hang out near Jita and kill autopiloting shuttles. People transport PLEX in those things all the time.
