As advert says looking to buy BASIC tengu pilot
Should be able to:

Fit Full T2 Fit
Use T1 or T2 Rigs preference

Use Standard implants or +5 would be preffered

Have little or no standings to any NPC Faction although will consider options

Be able to fit Covert OPS cloak

and must have Subs at least 4 and 5 for offensive

please post your piilots

looking to spend 5-7b
