WTB Carrier/Droneboat char

Hi,

I'm looking for either a gallente or amarr carrier char, but I'd be willing to take caldari as well (no minmatar)

What the chars should have (and what I'm willing to pay for):

1. Great drone skills, this means fighters and sentries V, but I'm not paying for FB V

2. Great tanking, cap and fitting skills; this means plenty in armor as well as great engineering, if you're selling me a caldari char I expect great shield skills

3.Navigation skills: JDC V is always nice, but if the char is otherwise perfect, I don't care.

I AM NOT PAYING FOR:

1. Industry skills, those are wasted SP and I won't pay anything for them

2. Various other racial spaceship command (I don't care about your minmatar BS V on that chimera pilot)

3. Generally DPS skills, I'm not looking for a gunnery/missiles char, especially if the races are messed up.

I'm looking to keep this affordable; meaning chars less than 40mil SP. I'll pay well, but I know current pricing trends, so don't try and fleece me.
