I wanted to try to issue an unofficial Thank you to CCP for the effort you've put into reconnecting with the player base.

Its a step few other companies would have attempted. The apologies and efforts have been unprecedented in this industry. You've backed up the words with practical actions that took an evident investment of time and money. Lots of people swallowed thier pride and put the community before themselves. The new winter expansion, though unrelased, is very player experience oriented and takes into consideration the day to day things that will really affect the enjoyment of the game. It focuses on the existing players rather than new ones.

I would love to speak for the rest of the community but even just for myself I wanted to thank you for all the efforts.
