Overwolf not working in EVE

So I have Teamspeak's Overwolf and it isn't overlaying in EVE. I have Windows 7. Can anyone help?

My Velator is overpowered.

Hey there!

Let me introduce myself, I'm Raif the Overwolf Community Manager.

In the latest patch, the DirectX settings for Eve were automatically changed to DX11, which we currently don't support. In order to get the overlay to work again, you need to go to your launcher and change the DirectX settings to DX9. The DX settings are on the launcher at the top right hand corner (small little cog) and it's the last tab.

Once you change that the overlay should work again!

My overlay is working so does this "issue" affect getting the overlay to "Stick" so when I click on the game it doesn't switch?
