Zombie Ninja Space Bears

Zombie Ninja Space Bears is aiming to rebuild and fill its ranks. Previously we fought alongside some of the biggest and best PVP alliances known to date. We also provided Standings Increase Services for every NPC corporation in the game. We could build anything from Arkonor Mining Crystals to Zealots. The only thing we did not not do previously was Incursions (we even did Faction Warfare for 2 different Factions). This is what we are aiming for again. So if you are looking for a change of scenery, or just something different in your game play, the consider joining Zombies.

Goals.
Our primary objective is to bring numbers together from all walks of life including PVP and Industrialists. We have the experience from all divisions in Eve to help everyone obtain their own goals both individually and as a Corporation. While we will not be based in our own Sovereign Null Sec space, we will use NPC space as our initial training/staging area's as well as high sec bases for our industrial and mission running groups.

Short Term
500 members across all major timezones.
30 man PVP fleets.
20 man mining crews with Orca support.
T1 manufacturing Specialists.

Long Term
3000 members across all timezones.
120 man PVP fleets on every timezone.
100 man mining crews with Rorqual support.
T2 manufacturing specialists.
PI Specialists
Sovereignty

Who we are looking for.
PVP pilots of all capabilities from as little as a Frigate. 500 Rifters spells dark day for anyone.
Logistics Pilots, if they cant kill you, they cant win.
Transport Pilots. If we dont have it on hand then it aint no use to us.
Industrialists. Behind every PVP group sits a bigger Industrial group. The more we lose, the more you have to build and profit.
Mission Runners.
Everyone else.

Q&A

A quick search of Reddit shows an almost unanimous opinion that your alliance was mismanaged, to put it politely. What mistakes did you make and what did you learn from them?
It is well known that Zombies were not managed correctly the first time round and I accept full responsibility for that. We had just come from Faction Warfare ourselves and upon having just relocated across enemy space (still in FW when we moved from Minmatar militia through Amarr into Querious/Delve), we were almost instantly offered Sovereignty space in Paragon Soul. Inexperienced and ready for the challenge, I accepted the Sovereignty without having a full understanding of what was involved. We took system after system and handed the new ISK making opportunities (moons primarily) to our member base instead of offering SRP and other beneficial programmes. We never fully implemented a working command structure and thus everything was left on my head.
This time around, the alliance will be put in working order meeting basic requirements before any such attempt will be made at taking and maintaining sovereignty. A full working and dedicated management team will be in place as soon as possible aswell as the beneficial programmes such as SRP and Ore Buy Back,

How do you plan on getting big enough to contend in Sov?
Everyone left Zombies when we gave up our Sovereignty so myself and DISPER took a break from Eve online. I kept in touch with people and kept up to date with relevant changes and wars etc. Now we are back and gathering a new interest in our Alliance. Many previous members have stated an interest in returning once they see that we are serious about rebuilding and the Alliance will be in a reasonable position. I have always prided myself on my ability to recruit. Previously Zombies became the largest FW Alliance within a matter of weeks of joining the Minmatar Militia and maintained the numbers until the Null Sec alliances started joining. When we moved to Null Sec we were left with 150 members and within 68 weeks we grew to nearly 2000 members. I believe I have the ability to recruit the numbers and people we need and get to work on moulding a self sufficient Alliance that works and cooperates well with each other.

Previously, ZN-SB was part of HBC. Since HBC is practically dead, do you have plans to try and join a specific coalition?
While we will always be greatful to the HBC for the opportunity they gave us and the help and support they provided us previously, I am currently leaving our options open as we have a lot of building to do and who knows what Coalitions will be in play this time next week or this time next month.
