What if the Chinese detonated a nuclear bomb to cause a tsunami that targeted the Japanese power plants in order to create a crysis where Japanese people would be forced to inhabit its ghost cities?

Could this be replicated in jita, for scientific purposes?

There was "burn Jita" event couple of times. It was too short to effectively turn Jita to space ghost town.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

That is not entirely true. The research conducted around WWII'ish was focused on using a nuclear detonation to cause a tectonic shift. A [huge] subsurface blast would do it; 2,000,000kg of TNT isn't gonna get it done... but also, why not just hot drop a sun on their picnic and watch them melt from space instead?
