How is this a logistics focused toon? You have no repping, you have no shield skills that are relevant to 5, your cap skills are atrocious you have no rigging skills, wasted sp into subs.

Don't ask 5b for a char barely worth 1b.

I would love to see the kind of apoplectic fit a Basi pilot would have trying to do incursions with only Targeting IV.
