Dronelands - Removing the mineral fountain

I think that removing the mineral fountain from drone space is something that needs to be done, it should make it easier for (legitimate) miners to work in eve.But I dont think just removing the minerals compounds is a good idea.

Drone space had been a good place for industrialists, and any changes should strive to keep drone space an industrial one. Also, the drone equivalents of faction/commander loot are still sorely lacking, any changes should fix and/or improve this.

Expanding/improving drone-based items.

- Integrated and augmented drones should be different 'flavors' of the standard drone. Im thinking t2 ammo style, say make integrated drones faster (with some more tracking) in exchange for dps (like t2 range ammo), augmented drones should put out more dps but be slower (or easier to hit or something).

- Have more types of integrated/augmented drones (fighters, and sentries, for example)

- All drones can drop drone components, 'faction' drones can drop some BPCs, 'commander' drones have a chance of dropping the best BPC's (fighters, fighter-bombers).

The point of the above changes is to make the faction drones attractive, and make sure the market for them is big enough for players to get extra income out of the looted drone bits. And since drones have a chance of spawning in all areas of space, the items aren't completely exclusive to the drone regions (making drone plexes not suck so hard when they appear in other areas of space)

Removing the mineral faucet

- Place small bounties on drones, (say half of thier current market values).

- Reduce allow drops.

- Make alloys larger in size.

These changes make it so that players get some income from drones, but looting is still required. The amount of alloys is reduced, but the mineral content should be higher than that of non-drone NPCs (if you recycled all of the loot) to maintain an advantage for industrialists. The larger alloy size (and relatively small amount) should discourage exporting the minerals.

Supporting the general idea of removing the mineral fountain in Dronelands.

And in b4 droneland russian farmers cry about how this will destroy their RMT cartels.
