Add verticle centering option in options for verticle monitor setup

I don't know how many other people have this issue, but I have a dual monitor setup with my second monitor being above my primary. I was wondering if the centering feature introduced for horizontal monitors could be made so that it could be changed vertically. I would love to put UI items on top and leave my bottom monitor for the rest.
