Question about the Invention Chance

Hello everyone!

I have a question about inventions at the POS:
Is the chance calculated with the skills of the char who delivers the invention, or with the skills of the char who starts the invention?

Starts. Same as all other job types.

You can deliver the invention jobs with a character that has 0 invention-related skills.

How would the game possibly know ahead of time who is going to deliver the job ?

Where does the game tell me what my invention chance is, when I start the invention?
It was just a thought because there is some loading animation while delivering.

But the answer of Elena Thiesant was quite pleasing so thank you anyway.

It doesn't ever tell you that. All the invention chance formulas are one the players have worked out.

But for jobs like copy, ME/PE research and manufacture, the skills of the character affect the job, either in length or materials so there's no way that the delivering character could be the one that affects the job, and it's easy to check and see who's skills have been taken into account.
