By feeding the forum the required AJAX queries through custom scripts rather than with the normal buttons.

Maybe they are helicopter pilots IRL. I know for a fact that choppers fly because of powerful magic. How else would they stay in the air?

So if they can keep one of those in the sky, then they can certainly magic an MMO forum.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.
