Seriously stop complaining about lack of minutes, use your brain people, either:

A) CCP doesn't care what CSM say so why should anyone else?

or

B) CCP do listen and CSM have been advising them to handout ships and condone RMT, in which case you already know the jist of the minutes anyway.

The issue with the delay is exactly what you said. At least that's the way it currently appears. It brings up the whole relevancy of the CSM. Is it even worth it? Up until this extensive delay, there really seemed to be a growth in the relevancy of the CSM. Now it gives the impression that we, or rather CCP, are back peddling. Who knows, maybe that's the goal of CCP. To get people to care less about the CSM so they can get rid of it all together?

You honestly can't expect people to accept that option. You can't know the "jist of the minutes" without something tangible. Besides, CCP have been doing that for years even before the CSM (mostly)

To be honest I didn't expect anyone to believe B. But yeah what you said, I don't think we'll see that many more iterations of CSM.

I have video recordings of all of the sessions, and I have a pretty excellent memory.

I would say that the next CSM election needs to be all new people, all new Alliance's or Corps and see if we can get some action that way.

I don't buy that the CSM delivered the notes and are now waiting for CCP to publish them. Get on the stick, call them every day, do what you were elected to do and represent the paying base. There is no reason for further delay.

Way to go at representing us. That is your job, isn't it?

Edit: Actually Malcanis's post more than anything I've read makes me wonder what is the point of the CSM. It's clearly not working and a failed stab at representation by CCP. I suggest that we call for the CSM to be shut down and no further CSM's elected as it has failed both CCP and the player community at large.

If the CSM mattered we'd have the minutes by now. The fact that CCP Dolan is working on a new system of managing the minutes shouldn't affect us (the customers of CCP) in any way. We certainly shouldn't be inconvenienced by internal changes at CCP, if so that is bad customer service.

So clearly the CSM is unimportant and CCP can better invest the money they spend on free trips to Iceland on funding the salaries or overtime of Developers as that is money well spent.

Lets all take time to end the CSM now and Malcanis can go down in Eve history as the man who brought it all to and end with his belligerent attitude to the players he supposedly represents.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

  • Thread questioning CSM relevency to both players and CCP
  • CSM member posts obvious troll in thread consisting of a degrading comment

Unfortunately I'm guessing most will fail to see the humor here and won't be surprised to see a lot of backlash. Trolling successful perhaps. However, I'd like to believe we could expect a higher standard (jokes included P) from our so-called representatives.

The best part is that geuninely self-deprecating irony is also genuinely trolling to people who think that the word means "tastes like iron".

Oh, and people who feel "degraded" by it. That's the best too.

13 of the current 14 CSM members are new.

Perhaps you meant to say that the next CSM needs more experience?

Or possibly super-powers. Those would be pretty cool.

Look man, the Justice League is cool and all, but the fact remains they never did anything for me personally. I mean, they say they're there to protect the earth from villains, monsters and various nondescript galactic terrors, but when was the last time they moved my car to the other side of the street so I wouldn't get a ticket?

Who said the Justice League were heroes?

From what I can tell they mostly just sit around being skeptical of Batman.

You're far too important to be publically permabanned.

Maybe the better idea for future minutes would be to just put the videos on you tube, you can always remove and censor the parts that are completely dull and not for the ears of commoners.

Not many seem to agree with you any longer Malcanis.. its easy to see how ignorant and arrogant you are, and yes you will come back with some kind of 'smart' post about how your followers voted for you because you are like that right? IMO you're a disgust and your recent posts and on how the others react on those shows I am not alone in that opinion.
