Can use a basic Hound fit with torps and T2 BCU.
Can light covert cyno
Can use Covert Ops cloak.

Bought the Char a few days ago for 3.5 Bil, but i dont dig the cov-op's thing, selling for a 3.2 Bil B/O. First to hit the B/O gets the character.

This character will receive the ISK, All CCP Rules Being Followed.
