AFK Cloakers in EVERY System.

I just started flying a higher line of ship, its a Marauder with a little bit of bling the whole package is easily under 5b ISK.

There is a problem, there are AFK cloakers in my mission systems.

How did I realize this?

I put a character in each station in the system tallied up the number of guests.

got 86 pilots.


Then I probed the entire system and got 39 Unique hits.

According to local there are 143 people in local.

143 - 86 docked.

57 in space

39 "hits" in space

That means in my high-sec system there are 18 people AFK cloaking.

This is an unreasonable level of risk that has NO MECHANIC TO COUNTER.

CONCORD doesn't provide protection they provide consequences, basically the current system requires that I lose my marauder before any action can be taken.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I strongly suggest restricting cloaking technology to low-sec and null-sec only.

AFK Cloakers should not ruin the experience of mission runners.

Confirming I always cloak in hisec.

EDIT: And am AFK.

Seriously, why do people need so much shinny stuff? 5b to make 50m isk more an hour than a 300m isk battleship?
