I logged in my alt just before downtime to set my skillque over the holidays only to see people screaming for a killmail in local. When i realized what had 'sploded, I was filled with glorious Christmas joy!

he doesnt deserve a ban at all in my opinion. Its got you all taking about it, & got more people getting on the kill. Its only a game, its all fun, CCP should take no action on this matter.

Did he cause damage of any kind to warrant a ban?
Or did he create content, something which should be encouraged?
I get that CCP wants people to pretend highsec capitals don't exist, but they do.

See before you were born these big things were abound in High Sec... then the carebears and naysayers complained.... so CCP made them move to low sec removing content from high sec. Some people never moved their big shinies to low sec. So they stayed in high sec with stringent rules.

Chribba by the way has a dreadnaught not a carrier.

So If I kill someone without the intention to kill I shoudl not be arrested? That is not how regulations and law work. I do not think he derserve a long ban, but he KNEW the rules.

At least the ingame mail should be changed to a low sec system just to **** everyone involved :P
