Existing Structures

Add the ability to lease my labs for ME / PE research.

In the station where i have an office, allow pilots to see a "private labs" that they can choose.

The player with the POS can set who has access by alliance, corp, standing, which labs are available to rent, and the hourly rate for research.

New structure POS market conduit. Any player can approach your POS and buy anything you have for sell that is in this unit. Handy for people who live in Wormholes or want to avoid station tax.
